Rule #1 of Anton: You Don't Talk About Anton Outside of This Community.

Our Platform goes live on March 1st, 2025, as we are in the process of building the best network of high performers we can find. In that regard, we ask that you anonymously recommend the best people you’ve ever worked with. Please note, the value of this community to you is based solely on us maintaining the highest standards of people we include. The higher the quality of our engineer members, the better our discussion forum will be, the more interesting work our members will get to pursue, and the higher the salaries we can get for you in future job opportunities (if you're interested). From that perspective, it is not required that you invite the maximum number of engineers (5), and we ask that you keep your group to only the best people you’ve ever worked with.

This entire process is anonymous, so your recommended people will not know that you are the one who recommended them.

The signup process will take less than 2 minutes and has no commitment or costs. You can choose to sign up anonymously, or proceed with a simple profile that our partner hiring companies can view. Keep in mind, at Anton you do not need to sell yourself or your skillset, as they’ve already been verified by some of the smartest software developers in the world. 

We may ask you from time to time to boost the endorsement for an engineer in the network, and if you don’t we get the hint, and they get the equivalent of a downvote - all anonymous of course.
