 Don’t be a cunt. Also - that’s not a question. Many of our members only use Anton as a community to problem solve in a group of the smartest developers in the world. Also, if you’re concerned because you’re not paying them enough, you’re a part of the problem we’re solving.

Unfortunately, 5 people is the maximum amount we allow. This is subject to change over time, but we believe keeping it to the best 5 people you’ve ever worked with maintains our exclusivity, and ensures that we can collectively raise the average salary of our members.

That being said, each year we will give you an additional 2 people that you can invite to the platform, pending you’ve remained in our top 50% of recommended members.

The ranking system is a bit of a black box, but people see increased rankings based on how many times they show up as a top person they work for from other top ranked community members. Rankings have various levers, like time delays, so there's not a direct line to deduce who has contributed to someone else's rankings.

 Please provide proof of this transgression, and they will be suspended from their account. As a first-time offender, they will receive a one month ban. For every additional transgression in the future their ban will rise by an additional month. 

Making sure that employers do not waste the time of our members is our top concern.

 Anton charges companies a monthly fee to be able to access our network. These companies can only access our members who have chosen to have a public profile, and only can see their name, company, title, location and skills. 

We do not charge our members any money to be a part of our community, nor do we charge the companies accessing our network a “success fee” on hiring one of our members. We work exclusively for our members, and the companies trying to connect with you are the sponsors of this community.
